Clean up Outlook in 5 steps

1. Install Mailbox Magic (free) and open Outlook in your browser.
2. Click the floating Mailbox Magic panel, then Scan. It groups your Outlook inbox by sender, with message counts and a "rarely opened" flag.
3. Select the senders you want to clear out — sort by volume or unread to find the worst offenders fast.
4. Choose Unsubscribe, Archive, Delete, or Block. Bulk actions are scoped to only the senders you picked, with a confirmation first.
5. Changed your mind? Undo from the dashboard — deletes go to Trash, not gone forever.
